1. Sales Conditions

When requesting quotes through the website, the customer is agreeing with the Sales Conditions and the Privacy Policy in the links indicated in the footer.
The values shown on the website do not include VAT.

2. Orders

The placing of orders takes place with the approval of the budget proposal in writing, via email, and confirmation of the models for the items personalization.

The customer must verify all product and personalization details to ensure they are purchasing the right product with the correct personalization.

3. Product Stock

The availability of stock will be informed to the customer in response to the quote request. The submission of the quotation proposal does not guarantee the stock reservation, which is reconfirmed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment Method

The orders are paid in advance by Bank Transfer.

5. Warranty and After Sales Service

In case of dissatisfaction from the customer side, he should send an email to our customer support, info@brindologia.com within 15 days after receiving the products and without having made any use of them.

If you receive a non-conforming product and wish to return it, please contact us by email for instructions to do so.
Your satisfaction is our priority, we are always available to help you.

6. Complaints / Returns

In case of complaint, the customer must submit the formalization of the same by email and within a maximum period of 15 days after the date of receipt of the order.

After returning the material, a physical analysis will be carried out and a notice of acceptance of the claim will be written if the failures previously presented are confirmed.

In case of defect or printing error, Brindologia Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to present a new similar product of identical or higher value to replace the previous one. Upon acceptance of the claim, the item will be promptly replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

For products with a printing error, complaints will not be accepted whose errors are identifiable on the print models and which are not in the conditions delivered. If for any reason the product does not meet the requirements for return, the claim will not be accepted and the product will be available for shipment upon payment of shipping costs, or for collection at our facilities.

7. Transport / Deliveries

We ship anywhere.

Orders are shipped using the services of an express transport company or freight forwarder, with delivery normally made within 24 to 48 working hours to mainland Portugal. Shipments to other parts of the world are subject to transit time confirmation. The customer will be provided with a number and link to track the orders.

Shipments by express carrier can only be made to addresses where someone stays to receive the order.

Delivery deadlines are subject to consultation and begin to be considered after confirmation of the artwork and the budget.

Shipping costs, regardless of the delivery location, are subject to consultation.
